目的建立消毒供应中心,加强管理,降低医院感染的发生率。方法淘汰旧的供应模式,按标准建立消毒供应中心,明确职能,规范流程,强化管理。结果消毒供应中心改建,形成有效规范的清洁、消毒、灭菌循环系统,确保消毒灭菌物品的质量。结论消毒供应中心的建立,更有利于管理和质量的控制,减少污染扩散,简化作业流程,降低医院感染,实现无菌物品零缺陷。
Objective To establish a disinfection supply center to strengthen management and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections. Methods to eliminate the old mode of supply, according to the standard establishment of disinfection supply center, a clear function, standardize processes and strengthen management. Results disinfection supply center reconstruction, the formation of an effective standard of cleaning, disinfection, sterilization cycle system to ensure the quality of disinfection and sterilization items. Conclusion The establishment of disinfection supply center is more conducive to the management and quality control, reduce the spread of pollution, simplify the operation process, reduce nosocomial infections and achieve zero defects of sterile products.
