目的探讨关于蜂胶与蒙脱石粉联合应用治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取我院口腔科于2010年8月—2012年2月间收治的44例肿瘤科化疗后病患,其中治疗组22例为蜂胶与蒙脱石粉联合应用,对照组为冰硼散局部应用。结果治疗组患者显效19例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率95.5%;对照组患者显效14例,有效3例,无效5例,总有效率77.3%,治疗组明显优于对照组,2组比较的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蜂胶与蒙脱石粉联合临床治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后口腔溃疡效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of propolis and montmorillonite in the treatment of oral ulcer after chemotherapy. Methods Forty-four patients with oncology post-chemotherapy were enrolled from Department of Stomatology, our hospital from August 2010 to February 2012. Twenty-two patients in the treatment group were treated with propolis and montmorillonite powder, . Results In the treatment group, 19 cases were markedly effective, 2 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective and the total effective rate was 95.5%. In the control group, 14 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 77.3%. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group , The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Propolis and montmorillonite powder combined with clinical treatment of malignant tumors after oral ulcer effect is significant, worthy of clinical promotion.
