我店从1985年8月,开始试行经理负责制。一年多来,我店突出了经理在企业中的地位和作用,强化了行政指挥决策系统;发挥了职工民主管理的积极性,增强了职工主人翁的光荣感和责任感,党委的工作也得到了明显的改善和加强,在实行思想政治领导,发挥保证监督作用、协调企业内部各种关系等方面,取得了重要的进展。1985年10月和1986年1月,分别被商业部和国家经委授予“全国商业系统文明单位”和“全国企业整顿先进单位”的光荣称号;1986年在市场形势变化的情况上,商品销售额达2.2亿多元,利润额达1315万元。分别比上年同期增长9.98%和4.28%。我店试行经理负责制前后,我们党委主要做了三方面的工作: 一、统一对经理负责制的认识。
