在分光光度法测定中,近年来探索不经分离、不用或少用掩蔽剂就同时测定多个相互干扰组分的研究有了很大发展。我们借助于小型电子计算机,以双硫腙-平平加胶束增溶分光光度法测定铜和汞为例,用多波长数据线性回归法处理实验数据,对同时测定与双硫腙所成络合物的吸收光谱重迭的数种金属离子作了尝试,获得较为满意的结果。基本原理从理论上讲,在显色溶液服从比尔定律的范围内,根据比尔定律及光吸收加合性原理,必然可以得到:
