目的:研究苦草、肿节风及其复方制剂对O2.-清除率的影响。方法:用水提取中草药苦草、肿节风、玄参及复方制剂万通炎康片、炎肿化毒片,用AP-TEMED系统产生O2.-,分光光度法测定上述药物对O2.-的清除率,并进行对比分析。结果:苦草、肿节风、玄参、万通炎康片、炎肿化毒片水提取液及苦草、肿节风混合液、玄参、肿节风混合液对O2.均有清除作用,苦草和炎肿化毒片对O2.-的清除率明显低于其它各组(P<0.01),不同剂量的万通炎康片水溶液对O2.清除率呈剂量相关性。结论:苦草、肿节风、玄参、万通炎康片体外均有较高的O2.-清除率。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of bitter grass, swollen-knot and its compound prescription on O2.- clearance rate. Methods: The Chinese herbal medicines Vallisneria asiatica, Effervescent Roots, Scrophulariaceae and Compound Preparations of Wan Tong Yan Kang Tablet and Yan E Huoxue Tablet were prepared by water extraction. O2.- was produced by the AP-TEMED system and spectrophotometry was used to determine the effect of the above drugs on O2.- Clearance rate, and comparative analysis. Results: Bitter grass, swollen arthritis, Scrophulariaceae, Wan Tong Yankang tablets, inflammatory swelling of the drug water extract and bitter grass, swollen arthritis, Scrophulariaceae, swollen joint air mixture on O2. The clearance rate of O2.- was significantly lower than that of other groups (P <0.01). The effects of different doses of Wutong Yankang tablet in aqueous solution on the clearance rate of O2 were dose-dependent. Conclusion: Bitter grass, swollen arthritis, Scrophulariaceae, Wantong Yankang tablets in vitro have a higher O2.- clearance rate.
