Objective To summarize the characteristics of calcium-binding tyrosine phosphorylation mediator and its significance in tumorigenesis. Methods By reviewing literatures at home and abroad, we review the signal pathways involved in the regulation of calcium-binding tyrosine phosphorylation mediators and their status in various tumors. Results The calcium ion-associated tyrosine phosphorylation mediation gene induced abnormal cell proliferation through a variety of mechanisms. The occurrence of various tumors was closely related to the abnormal expression of calcium-binding tyrosine phosphorylation mediating gene. In different distribution of epithelial tumors, calcium ion-binding tyrosine phosphorylation mediates genes involved in the same pathway, the role of similar. CONCLUSION: Further study of calcium-binding tyrosine phosphorylation mediator gene is expected to provide a new way to elucidate the mechanism of tumorigenesis and development, and it can be used as an important means of early diagnosis and adjuvant therapy.
