我公司在用的TEREX33-07和BJZ3364两种矿用汽车的发动机均为进口康明斯发动机,型号分别为KTA-19、NT855-C250,这两种型号发动机的缸盖均采用单体式,采用材料为铸铁,在使用过程中多次出现缸盖开裂的现象。缸盖结构复杂、价格高,而且修复困难,从而常常耽误生产。本文主要从缸盖出现裂纹的机理着手,阐述日常工作中如何防止缸盖产生裂纹。1 发动机气缸盖的工作环境气缸盖的作用是密封气缸,并与活塞共同形成燃烧空间, 并承受高温高压燃气的作用。为了保证缸盖与气缸套之间的密封,缸盖还要受到很大的螺栓预紧力(一般为爆发压力的3-4 倍);气缸盖各部分温度很不均匀,如缸盖底面燃烧室部分(称为火力面)温度最高,而冷却水套部分温度较底,进气道和排气
