为提升宽厚板铸坯的内部质量,开发了一种压力控制轻压下技术,实现了无凝固模型控制条件下的连铸动态轻压下。该方法是通过编写PLC控制程序,实时计算生产过程中铸机控制系统扇形段液压缸反馈压力,并且与生产实践中统计的压力标准值进行判断比对,通过控制扇形段辊缝的开口度来实现符合压力标准值要求的目的,从而实现压力控制轻压下自动控制系统功能。应用结果表明:铸坯中心偏析C类2.5级别以上比例从投入使用前的月平均75%提高到90%以上,中心裂纹评级0.5以下所占比例由月平均50%提升至80%以上。
In order to improve the internal quality of wide slab slab, a pressure-controlled soft reduction technology was developed to realize the continuous soft reduction under continuous casting without control of solidification model. The method compiles the PLC control program to calculate the feedback pressure of the segment hydraulic cylinder of the casting machine control system in real time and compares it with the standard value of the pressure in the production practice.
