本文观察了铌和锆添加元素,对铁-镍基恒弹性合金的频率温度系数、Q值,振动迟滞损耗,居里温度,矫顽力、电阻,以及某些机械性能的影响。看到,锆和铌元素的添加,对降低铁-镍基恒弹性合金的频率温度系数对回火温度的敏感性起到良好的作用。得到了较低弹性温度系数的合金。与此同时,铌元素的添加,明显地提高了恒弹性合金的Q值、机械强度和硬度,并使扭振迟滞损耗能显著下降。
In this paper, the effects of niobium and zirconium on the frequency-temperature coefficient, Q value, hysteresis loss, Curie temperature, coercivity, electrical resistance and some mechanical properties of iron-nickel based permanent elastic alloys were investigated. It can be seen that the addition of zirconium and niobium plays a good role in reducing the sensitivity of tempering temperature to the frequency-temperature coefficient of Fe-Ni-based permanent elastic alloys. An alloy with a lower elastic temperature coefficient was obtained. At the same time, the addition of niobium significantly improves the Q value, mechanical strength and hardness of the constant elastic alloy, and significantly reduces the torsional hysteresis loss.
