广西玉林城区东环小学门前是国道324线,在路中心隔离栏上有一个活动护拦门,只在学生上下学时间开放,护栏两旁是“关爱生命,文明礼让”醒目的标语。每天时间一到,就会看到成群结队的孩子在几位警花的护送下,穿过“安全通道”到达马路对面。东环小学有师生5000多人,大部分学生上下学都必须横穿门前日均车流量超6万次的一环东路,每到上下学时段,接送学生的家长就在校门口聚集,
