一个行政村有将自己的全部村规民约体系化、规范化、成文化的冲动和意识,令中南财经政法大学法律文化研究院院长、博士生导师范忠信教授颇感欣慰。经过深入调查研究后,范教授与法律文化研究院副院长、中南财经政法大学法理学系主任武乾副教授等几位成员成立了《枫桥经验与法治型社会主义新农村建设》课题组,与诸暨市枫桥镇政府的合作“一拍即合”。历时近两年,多次深入实地调研,五易其稿,《浙江省诸暨市枫桥镇陈家村村民自治章程》已经初现端倪。
An administrative village has the impulse and awareness of systematization, standardization and culture of all its own village rules and regulations. It is quite gratifying to Professor Fan Zhongxin, dean of the Institute of Law and Culture of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. After in-depth investigation and study, Professor Fan and several vice presidents of the Institute of Law and Culture, and Associate Professor Wu Gan, director of the jurisprudence department of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, set up the Task Force on “Fengqiao Experience and Building a New Socialist Countryside under the Rule of Law” And Zhuji City, Fengqiao Town Government cooperation “hit it off.” Over the past two years, many in-depth field research, five easy drafts, “Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province, Chen Jiacun Fengqiao Villagers Constitution” has begun to emerge.
