《婚姻法》的修订如同历史上任何一次社会大变革和利益大调整,最终都会形成新的法律成果,以法律形式加以强制保护。本文以《婚姻法》对“事实婚姻”调整为例浅议法律立法底线和社会道德底线之间的联系。
The revision of the Marriage Law, like any major social change and major readjustment of interests in history, will eventually result in new legal achievements and will be compulsorily protected by law. This article takes “Marriage Law” as an example to adjust “factual marriage ” as an example to discuss the connection between the legal legislative bottom line and the social moral bottom line.
