草莓是一种多年生植物,因而需要一种平衡开花和营养生长的生理机制。当白昼缩短,温度下降时,草莓植株减少营养生长,开始花芽分化。由此可见,花芽分化的过程必然与光照期或与温度有关。据Darrow等发现,光照期对草莓植株有影响。根据不同的开花反应,他们将“六月结果”的归为短日照植株;“连续结果”的归为长日照植株。Vince—Prue等表明:通过抑制长日照可以调节草莓开花,所以黑夜长短才是控制草莓花芽分化的因素。
Strawberry is a perennial and therefore requires a physiological mechanism that balances flowering and vegetative growth. When the day is shortened and the temperature drops, strawberry plants reduce vegetative growth and begin to flower bud differentiation. Thus, the process of flower bud differentiation must be related to light or temperature. According to Darrow et al., It has been found that the light period affects strawberry plants. According to different flowering reactions, they classified “June results” as short-day plants; “Continuous results” as long-day plants. Vince-Prue et al show that by controlling the long sunshine can regulate the flowering of strawberries, dark night is the factor that controls strawberry flower bud differentiation.
