8月29日,大型当代艺术展“双城记”在石老人观光园内的天元美术馆开展,来自成都和青岛的多位当代艺术家携作品亮相。在众多的作品中,青岛艺术家的两件雕塑作品颇引人瞩目。一件是本土自由艺术家贾真耀的《偶像》,另一件是任中央美院雕塑系主任的青岛籍艺术家隋建国的观念雕塑《无题》。这是青岛历史上极少的一次以城市为符号整体呈现的当代艺术展,也引发了人们对青岛现代雕塑发掘的关注。现代雕塑在国际拍卖场上的价位日益走高,涨幅已超过绘画,而青岛本土现代雕塑的价格仍然畸低,投资价值日益彰显。
On August 29, the large-scale contemporary art exhibition “Twins” was launched at the Tianyuan Art Museum in Shiguao Tourist Park. Many contemporary artists from Chengdu and Qingdao brought their works to the public. Among the many works, two pieces of sculptures by Qingdao artists attract considerable attention. One is the “idol” of Jia Zhenyao, a freelance local artist, and the other is the concept sculpture “Untitled” by Sui Jianguo, a Qingdao-born artist who is the director of the sculpture department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. This is one of the few contemporary art exhibitions in the history of Qingdao that is symbolized by the city as a whole. It has also drawn people’s attention to the excavation of modern sculpture in Qingdao. The price of modern sculpture in the international auction is getting higher and higher, or the price of painting has surpassed that of painting. However, the price of the modern local sculpture in Qingdao is still very low, and the investment value has become increasingly prominent.
