在金化磷铵厂,提起李天元大家都非常熟悉。1988年2月,李天元从昆明冶金专科学校毕业后,被分配到原磷肥厂矿粉车间风扫磨岗位当起了一名磨工,艰苦的岗位丝毫没有影晌他对工作的执着追求。在岗位上他不怕黑、不怕脏,在工作中,一边向工人师傅学习本岗位的操作技能,一边自学全厂各岗位生产工艺流程。由于工作出色,一年后,他被调到生产科担任调度,进一步熟悉和掌握了全厂生产工艺。为了将自己所学的知识运用到工作中,他针对普钙产品质量不稳定影响到产品销售的问题,经过多次试验,终于用含P_2O_527%的矿石生产出了含P_2O_514%的磷肥,使产品的质量上了一个台阶。1993年散装磷肥的市场销售急剧下降,为了适应市场需求,厂里决定上一套1万吨/年产量的颗粒肥生产装置,工艺设计安装施工图均由李天元负责。接到任务后,他加班加点,在15天内就完成了需要的图纸,保证了产品及时投放市场,改变了原磷肥厂产品结构单一的状况,增加了企业效益。随后,他又紧锣密鼓
In Jinhua ammonium phosphate plant, Li Tianyuan is very familiar with everyone. In order to meet market demand, the factory decided to set up a particle fertilizer production device with a capacity of 10,000 tons/year. Li Tianyuan was responsible for the process design, installation and construction drawings. After receiving the task, he worked overtime to complete the required drawings within 15 days, ensured that the product was put on the market in a timely manner, changed the single product structure of the original phosphate fertilizer plant, and increased the company’s profits.
