本文用酵母补体花环形成试验对克山病患者和健康人进行了红细胞膜的 C_3b 受体检测,病人与健康人相比 C_3b 受体检出率明显降低(p<0.001),更有趣的是病区健康人明显低于非病区健康人(p<0.001),提示患者机体清除免疫复合物能力下降,病区存在某种影响 C_3b 受体的因素,有再研究的价值。
In this paper, C_3b receptor of erythrocyte membrane was detected in patients with Keshan disease and healthy people by yeast complement rosette formation test. The detection rate of C_3b receptor was significantly lower (p <0.001) The healthy people in the district were significantly lower than those in the non-ward (p <0.001), suggesting that the ability of the body to clear the immune complex was decreased. There was a certain influence on the C_3b receptor in the area, which had the value of further study.
