本文用氚标记放射免疫分析法对长沙地区200例不同年龄,不同性别的健康人血浆睾桐含量进行了测定,结果显示,男女成年组均显著高于儿童组(P<0.01),而与老年组差别不明显。
In this paper, tritium labeled radioimmunoassay was used to determine the content of plasma testosterone in 200 healthy subjects of different ages and genders in Changsha. The results showed that the male and female adults were significantly higher than those of children (P <0.01) The difference is not obvious.
