高职院校的学习基础薄弱,学习自律性不高,但自尊心强,内心对大学学习和生活的期待很高。面对这些学生时,教师只有沉下心来踏踏实实、真真正正地了解学生,用师爱和学生进行良好的沟通,帮助学生正确认识自己,改掉自身不良习惯,培养良好的职业技能。只有这样,高职院校学生才能真正地享受到大学带给自己的乐趣,促进师生共同成长。
Higher vocational colleges have weak learning foundation, low learning self-discipline, strong self-esteem and high expectations of university study and life. In the face of these students, teachers only down to heart to get down to earth, really understand the students, teacher love and good communication with students to help students correctly understand themselves, get rid of their bad habits, develop good professional skills. Only in this way, students in higher vocational colleges can really enjoy the fun brought by the university and promote the common growth of teachers and students.
