How to find the required information quickly and accurately from the vast information online has become a major challenge for Internet users. From a certain point of view, this also provides a huge potential market for the information industry. It is becoming one of the important contents of the library work under the network environment to effectively organize (orderly) the relevant information on the Internet to help the readers find the information conveniently. This article takes this as a starting point to explore the development and utilization of online information resources.
