我国小学教师培养路径的现代特征表现为:培养实施主体已逐步改变;培养要求已发生较大变化;就业环境与方式的影响逐步凸显;高师院校小学教师培养工作尚处于起步阶段。以“适应+引领”为特征的本专科层次小学教师培养模式包括培养目标的科学定位、专业的重新划分及课程体系的有效构建。培养过程中应予以重视并加以解决的两个突出问题则是:必须高度重视高师院校自身的教师队伍建设;必须重视学生自我教育的意识与能力培养。
The modern characteristics of the primary school teacher training path in our country are: the main body of training has been gradually changed; the training requirements have changed a lot; the influence of employment environment and mode has been gradually highlighted; the training of primary school teachers in normal universities is still at the initial stage. The training mode of elementary school teachers characterized by “adaptation + leading” includes the scientific orientation of training objectives, the re-division of professions and the effective construction of the curriculum system. The two outstanding problems that should be paid attention to and solved in the process of cultivation are: we must attach great importance to the construction of teachers ’ranks in higher normal colleges and universities; we must attach great importance to the cultivation of students’ self-education awareness and ability.
