硫氧还蛋白(Trx)是一类高度保守的低分子蛋白,具有促进细胞生长、抗自由基、抗凋亡等功能,在氧化还原调节和细胞信号转导中发挥重要作用。Trx参与了糖尿病心肌损伤的发生发展,且对心肌起保护作用。本文就近年关于Trx对糖尿病心肌损伤的相关研究进行综述。
Thioredoxin (Trx) is a highly conserved, low-molecular-weight protein with functions of promoting cell growth, anti-free radical and anti-apoptosis and plays an important role in redox regulation and cell signal transduction. Trx is involved in the development of diabetic myocardial injury and protects the myocardium. This article reviews recent years on the study of Trx on diabetic myocardial injury.
