This article studies the effects of aclacinomycin B, doxorubicin and berberine on NK cell activity in human peripheral blood. NK cell activity is determined by measuring the rate of 51cr release from labeled K562 cells that function as NK cells. After 1 hour of aclacinomycin B (0.5 and 1.0 μg / ml), doxorubicin (0.5 and 1.0 μg / ml) and berberine (1.0 and 10 μg / ml)
