引言质量保证的想法产生于很早以前,并通过“试验”与“质量控制”的手段以达到目的。很多“规范”的产生既为了保护消费者利益,也为了保护生产者,行政机关等部门。工业化与专业化的生产过程使这个趋势更为明显。
INTRODUCTION The idea of quality assurance arose long ago and achieved its goal through “experimentation” and “quality control”. A lot of “norms” are produced both for the protection of the interests of consumers, but also for the protection of producers, administrative agencies and other departments. Industrialization and specialized production processes make this trend even more evident.
