今年,国务院决定在全国范围内开展“质量、品种、效益年”活动。为了进一步推动这项活动在我区中央企业中深入持久地开展下去,我们到开展这项活动比较好的邮电部桂林通信机械厂、柳州汽车厂等单位进行调查,并在桂林召开了驻桂中央工交企业开展“质量、品种、效益年”经验交流会。近几年来,邮电部桂林通信机械厂依靠科技进步,开发高新技术的通信产品,不断地调整产品结构,强化企业管理,使企业摆脱了困境,生产经营走出了低谷。1988年实现工业产值600多万元,结束了该厂近10年来产值一直在200多万元徘徊的历史。工厂连续四年被评为桂林市增产增收的有功单位,1990年晋升为国家二级计量单位、广西壮族自
