报告颌骨中心性血管瘤11例，均为女性，发生在下颌骨者10例，上颌骨者1例。临床特征为9例伴同一部位牙龈反复出血史，其中因牙脱落和误拔牙致大出血行急诊处理3例，误诊为牙龈瘤行手术致大出血行紧急处理1例，摔倒致病变下颌骨骨折伴失血性休克行抢救1例。11例中伴有面部软组织
