本文报道了不同抗旱类型大豆品种游离脯氨酸在水分亏缺和无亏缺条件下的不同生育期累积动态变化。试验结果表明:在正常水分条件下,大豆品种的游离脯氨酸含量存在差异。游离脯氨酸的累积从结荚期至鼓粒后期随着生育的进展具有逐渐增加的趋势。水分亏缺条件下,所试大豆品种(黑农26、绥农4号、呼80—1001、安丰1号、庆选101)游离脯氨酸的累积能力均高于无水分亏缺条件下的累积能力,且均达到了显著水准。不同抗旱类型的大豆品种(黑农26,绥农4号,庆选101、呼80—1001)游离脯氨酸在不同生育时期累积能力不同。游离脯氨酸的累积能力在结荚期表现最高。
This paper reports the cumulative dynamic changes of free proline in different drought-resistant soybean cultivars under different water deficit and no-loss conditions. The results showed that the free proline contents of soybean varieties were different under normal water conditions. The accumulation of free proline increased gradually with the progress of fertility from the pod stage to the late stage of druse. The accumulation of free proline in tested soybean varieties (Heinong 26, Suinong 4, Hu 80-1001, Anfeng 1, Qingxuan 101) under water deficit condition were higher than those under no water deficit condition The cumulative capacity, and have reached a significant level. Different types of drought-resistant soybean cultivars (Heinong 26, Suinong 4, Qingxuan 101, Hu 80-1001) accumulated free proline at different growth stages. The accumulation of free proline was the highest at podding stage.
