为探讨身体脂肪分布对血脂水平的影响,我们调查了江苏海门农村25~74岁自然人群869人(男484,女385)测量身高、体重、体重指数(BMI)、腰围、臀围及腰臀比(WHR),同时测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)、甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C).结果显示男性 TC、LDL-c高于女性,男性WHR也高于女性(0.84对0.78).无论男女、随WHR百分位升高,TC、TG、LDL-c显著升高,HDL-c显著下降.调整BMI后,男性TG、女性TC、TG、LDL-C仍随WHR百分位升高而增加,表明WHR是影响人群血脂水平的重要因素,尤其在女性更为重要.
To investigate the effect of body fat distribution on blood lipid levels, we surveyed 869 people (484 males and 385 females) aged 25-74 years old in rural Haimen, Jiangsu Province, and measured body mass, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, (WHR), serum total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-c), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL- c was higher than female and male WHR was higher than female (0.84 vs 0.78) .With men and women, TC, TG and LDL-c were significantly increased and HDL-c significantly decreased as WHR percentile increased.After adjusting for BMI, male TG, female TC, TG, LDL-C still increased with the increase of WHR percentiles, suggesting that WHR is an important factor affecting the level of blood lipid in the crowd, especially in women is more important.
