40日龄Wistar雄性大鼠5O只,按体重随机分为对照(C)组和糖尿病D40、D45、D50、D55共5组。C组腹腔注射赋形剂,糖尿病组分别腹腔注射链脲菌素(STZ)40mg,45mg,50mg和55mg/kg体重,观察2个月。结果表明,发病率依次为D40<D45<D50<D55,D55组为100%;自然阴转率D40>D45>D50>D55为0%;病死率D55组最高,达33%。观察期间5次测血糖水平和体重变化,结果表明,D55组平均血糖>22.2mmol/L,D50组平均血糖维持在(16.7~22.2)mmol/L之间,D40、D45组在较低值水平上波动;D40、D45、D50、D55组体重增长率均比C组显著低,D55组最低。结论是:复制青春期糖尿病模型以STZ50或55mg/kg体重腹腔注射为佳。
Forty male Wistar rats of 40 days old were randomly divided into control group (C) and diabetes D40, D45, D50 and D55 according to body weight. Rats in group C were intraperitoneally injected with streptozotocin (STZ) 40 mg, 45 mg, 50 mg and 55 mg / kg body weight respectively for 2 months. The results showed that the morbidity rates were D40 D45> D50> D55 and 33% in D55 group. The blood sugar level and body weight were measured 5 times during the observation period. The results showed that the mean blood glucose of D55 group was> 22.2mmol / L, the average blood glucose of D50 group was maintained between (16.7-22.2) mmol / L, D40, D45 group Fluctuated at a lower level. The body weight growth rate of D40, D45, D50 and D55 groups was significantly lower than that of C group and lowest in D55 group. The conclusion is: Copy adolescent diabetes model to STZ50 or 55mg / kg body weight intraperitoneal injection is better.
