本文提出了邻二甲苯液相氧化的简化串联一级反应模型。由该模型出发,导出间歇操作及连续操作下的反应收率、转化率及选择性的解析式。该式能较好地关联在鼓泡反应器、鼓泡搅拌釜式反应器中所得的154组宏观动力学试验数据,当用于选择适宜反应条件及验算φ400mm、φ800mm鼓泡塔装置的结果时均能得到令人满意的结果。文中指出,在这一反应过程中传质条件的不同并不影响选择性。本模型及关联式可适用于工业放大实际过程。
In this paper, a simplified tandem first-order reaction model for o-xylene liquid-phase oxidation is proposed. Based on this model, the analytical yields of reaction yields, conversions and selectivity for batch operation and continuous operation are derived. This formula can be relatively well in the bubbling reactor, bubbling stirred tank reactor obtained 154 sets of macro-dynamic test data, when used to select the appropriate reaction conditions and checking φ400mm, φ800mm bubble column device results Can get satisfactory results. It is pointed out in the paper that the difference of mass transfer conditions in this reaction does not affect the selectivity.
