现阶段绝大部分图书馆现行的知识管理模式远不能适应时代进步,严重制约了图书馆知识的发展和进步。学科馆员服务是图书馆学科化,知识化服务的必然要求。本文尝试利用SECI知识转化模型,实现学科馆员内部知识转化,改善学科馆员知识服务行为。有助于提高图书馆学科知识服务层次,为学科服务建设奠定理论与实践基础。
At present, most of the current library knowledge management model can not adapt to the progress of the times, severely restricted the development and progress of library knowledge. Subject librarian service is the inevitable requirement of library discipline and knowledge service. This paper tries to use the SECI knowledge transformation model to realize the internal knowledge transformation of subject librarians and improve the knowledge service behavior of subject librarians. It helps to improve the level of library knowledge service and lay the theoretical and practical foundation for the construction of discipline service.
