钢铁工业作为国民经济的基础工业,推动国民经济快速发展。同时,钢铁企业也是高能耗的企业,其在为经济发展做着贡献的同时,对环境的污染也成为目前制约钢铁企业发展的重要因素。由于环境污染的压力越来越大,降低钢铁制造过程的环境污染,实现固体废弃物和污水零排放;提高能源、资源利用效率,减少C02和其它大气污染物的排放量,保护和改善环境成为钢铁企业急待解决的根本问题。本论文从总图设计的角度阐述了通过厂址选择,总图布局,综合利用来保护和改善钢铁企业的生产环境,塑造钢铁企业的绿色形象。从而适应全球化发展的大趋势和大环境。
As the basic industry of the national economy, the steel industry promotes the rapid development of the national economy. At the same time, the steel industry is also a high-energy-consuming enterprise. While contributing to economic development, environmental pollution has also become an important factor that restricts the development of the steel industry. As the pressure of environmental pollution is increasing, the environmental pollution in the steel manufacturing process is reduced, and zero discharge of solid waste and sewage is achieved; the energy and resource utilization efficiency is increased, the emission of C02 and other atmospheric pollutants is reduced, and the environment is protected and improved Iron and steel enterprises urgently need to solve the fundamental problem. From the perspective of the general plan design, this paper expounds the green image of iron and steel enterprises through the selection of the site, the overall layout and comprehensive utilization to protect and improve the production environment of iron and steel enterprises.
