在中高职教育一体化办学模式下,高职院校往往套用高年级中职生甚至高职生的教育管理模式管理春季中职生,缺乏教育管理的针对性。加强春季中职生教育管理,实施中高职一体化办学,高职院校应根据春季中职生心理、行为等方面的特殊性,采取不同的教育理念和管理方法,在规章制度制定、思想教育、专业意识培养、行为习惯养成,以及班主任队伍建设等方面做好文章。
