N-吡啶氧化物及其衍生物属于氮杂环类化合物,他们与未氧化的母体化合物的性质差别很大,在亲电取代,亲核取代反应中明显不同。由于氧原子对反应具有重要的影响,而且反应后可以通过还原除去,常被作为取代重排等反应的定位基因。通过吡啶氧化反应,可以合成出一系列吡啶化合物,他们多具有吡啶杂环的特殊结构,因而具有许多独特的化学特性和生理活性,
N-Pyridine oxides and their derivatives belong to azacyclic compounds. Their properties are not very different from those of unoxidized parent compounds, and they are obviously different in electrophilic substitution and nucleophilic substitution reactions. Since the oxygen atom has an important influence on the reaction and can be removed by reduction after the reaction, it is often used as a positioning gene for the substitution rearrangement reaction. Through the pyridine oxidation reaction, a series of pyridine compounds can be synthesized.
