网络环境给图书馆的信息资源建设提出了许多值得研究的问题。本文对图书馆建设数字化信息、法律保障、信息安全等问题发表了看法。
Network environment for library information resources proposed many worthy of study. In this paper, I put forward some opinions on the digital information, legal guarantee and information security in the library construction.
