400米~3液态烃球罐裂纹补焊使用了四年时间的400米~3液态烃球罐,开罐检查时,发现4号球板上温带与赤道带环缝裂纹,其长度达1100毫米,最深处24毫米。经金相显微分析,属于使用过程中产生的延迟裂纹。这与施工时,焊前没有预热,焊缝冷却速度过快,加之焊缝不规则,咬边严重而产生的应力集中分不开的,是在长期硫化氢腐蚀介质作用下产生的。为确保补焊质量,我们设计制造了电加热装置——瓦型电炉,如下图。
