由中国船舶工业总公司焊接切割交流情报网组织的出口船舶焊接新工艺交流会,于9月17日至22日在沪召开。参加会议的有39个单位的78名代表。会上,制造过出口船舶的江南、大连、沪东、中华、上海等船厂介绍了业经认可的焊接项目和在出口船上实际应用的焊接工艺。主要有:“LR”、“NK”、“ABS”、“GL”、“NV”各船级就焊接施工方法认可试验程序、标准和要求;出口船建造中的焊工资格考试;出口船用焊条的技术认可;黄砂,石英砂、耐火固体、FAB(焊剂石棉)等各种简易衬垫的使用;CO_2半自动焊等高效率焊接工艺的应用;
