快中子、~(60)Coγ射线照射冬小麦植株和干种子的诱变效应

快中子照射冬小麦(6794)种子,较之~(60)Co 照射,在 M_1代的株高、存活率和主穗粒数方面损伤较重,在 M_2代突变率较高;~(60)Co 照射,在 M_1代千粒重损伤较重.快中子照射冬小麦植株减数分裂期,较之其它各期,在 M_0代最敏感,M_1代突变率较高;若是用~(60)Co 照射,在776拉特时突变率可高达33.3%。 The seeds of winter wheat (6794) irradiated with fast neutrons had a higher degree of injury in plant height, survival rate and grain number per spike than that of ~ (60) Co irradiation, with a higher mutation rate in M_2 generation. Co irradiation, the grain weight was heavier in M_1 generation.When compared with other periods, M_0 generation was the most susceptible in the meiotic stage of fast neutron irradiation winter wheat plants, and the mutation rate of M_1 generation was higher than that in other stages.If irradiated with ~ (60) Co, The mutation rate can be as high as 33.3% at 776 lat.
