目的 :评价氟康唑胶囊治疗霉菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法 :对 191例霉菌性阴道炎病人 ,分为 2组。氟康唑组 10 0例 ,日服氟康唑胶囊 150mg ,qd× 3d。对照组采用阴道内放入克霉唑栓剂 50 0mg ,每周 1次 ,连续应用 3wk。结果 :氟康唑组治愈率6 6 % ,总有效率 99%。对照组治愈率 4 3% ,总有效率 81% ,2组比较 ,经Ridit分析 ,差异有显著意义(P <0 .0 5)。结论 :氟康唑胶囊治疗霉菌性阴道炎疗效确切
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of fluconazole capsules in the treatment of fungal vaginitis. Methods: 191 cases of fungal vaginitis patients were divided into two groups. 10 cases of fluconazole group, on the day of fluconazole capsules 150mg, qd × 3d. The control group was intravaginally administered clotrimazole suppository 50 0mg once a week for 3 weeks continuously. Results: The cure rate in the fluconazole group was 66% and the total effective rate was 99%. In the control group, the cure rate was 43% and the total effective rate was 81%. There was significant difference (P <0. 05) by Ridit analysis between the two groups. Conclusion: Fluconazole capsule is effective for mycotic vaginitis
