徐州派特控制技术有限公司是由德国PAT GmbH和徐州工程机械集团公司其同投资兴建的省级高新技术企业。徐工集团是国家120家试点企业集团,成立于1989年,为中国最大的工程机械生产基地。目前有职工29000余人,2003年销售收人150亿元人民币其产品销售网络遍布全国,具有雄厚的资金及技术力量。PAT GmbH是德国Rheinmetall集团的控股子公司,成立于1968年,是一家以生产高技术产品而知名的企业。其主要产品有道路交通控制系统和移动工程机械信息管理系统。现有员工1700余人,2003年的销售收入为2.2亿欧元(不含各子公司销售收入)。
Xuzhou Paite Control Technology Co., Ltd. is a provincial-level high-tech enterprise invested by Germany PAT GmbH and Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Corporation. XCMG Group is a national 120 pilot enterprise group, founded in 1989, is China’s largest production base of construction machinery. Currently there are more than 29,000 employees in 2003 sales of 15 billion yuan sales of its product sales network throughout the country, with strong financial and technical strength. PAT GmbH, a controlling subsidiary of the German Rheinmetall Group, was established in 1968 as a company well-known for producing high-tech products. Its main products are road traffic control systems and mobile construction machinery information management system. More than 1,700 employees, in 2003 sales of 220 million euros (excluding the sales revenue of various subsidiaries).
