目的研究在共调控蛋白、共互作蛋白、及同时存在共调控与共互作关系的蛋白中所包含结构域的分布特征。方法利用转录调控数据、蛋白互作数据和蛋白结构域数据,以聚集系数为测度,研究结构域在共调控集合、共互作集合以及共调控且共互作的集合中的聚集特征,并通过随机实验验证聚集特征的显著性。结果共调控集合、共互作集合以及共调控且共互作集合的聚集系数显著较高,具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论研究表明,共调控集合、共互作集合、共调控且共互作集合更倾向于含有相同的结构域。
OBJECTIVE: To study the distribution of domains contained in co-regulatory proteins, co-interacting proteins, and co-regulatory and co-interacting proteins. Methods The transcriptional regulatory data, protein interaction data and protein domain data were used to study the aggregation characteristics of domains in a set of co-regulatory sets, co-working sets and co-regulatory and co-interactions, using the aggregation coefficient as a measure and by Randomized experiments verify the significance of the clustering features. Results The aggregation coefficients of co-regulation, co-interaction and co-regulation and co-interaction were significantly higher and significant (P <0.01). Conclusions Studies have shown that co-regulatory sets, co-working sets, co-regulatory sets and co-working sets tend to contain the same domains.
