摘要目的评价MR灌注成像作为一种潜在的生物学标记预测局限性进展期直肠癌化疗效果的应用价值。方法收集39例定于术前化疗的原发性直肠癌病人。所有病人均在治疗前、治疗后2周及术前行3.0TMR灌注成像。计算Ktrans(对比剂容积转移常量)、Ve(血管外细胞外间隙容积比)。结果化疗前,平均Ktrans在肿瘤分期下降组明显高于肿瘤分期无改变组(P=0.0178),但在肿瘤消退分级有变化组与肿瘤消退分级无变化组间差异无统计学意义(P=0.1392)。
Abstract Objective To evaluate the value of MR perfusion imaging as a potential biomarker for the prediction of chemoradiation in locally advanced rectal cancer. Methods 39 patients with primary rectal cancer scheduled for preoperative chemotherapy were collected. All patients underwent 3.0 TMR perfusion imaging before treatment, 2 weeks after treatment and before surgery. Ktrans (contrast volumetric transfer constant), Ve (extravascular extracellular space volume ratio) were calculated. Results Before the chemotherapy, the mean Ktrans decreased significantly in the stage of tumor staging than in the stage without staging (P = 0.0178), but there was no significant difference between the groups with change of tumor extinction grade and the grade of tumor regression (P = 0.1392 ).
