我厂在毛主席无产阶级革命路线的指引下,遵照理论和实践相结合的方针,通过一系列的试验研究和生产实验,成功地采用埋弧堆焊工艺,修复各种拖拉机、汽车的曲轴,自1969年以来已修复各种曲轴达千根,经生产使用反映良好。我们搞埋弧堆焊工艺是在总结振动堆焊工艺的基础上发展起来的。过去曾用振动堆焊修复热特系列拖拉机曲轴,由于堆焊后焊层的疲劳强度下降,造成曲轴在使用中发生早期疲劳断裂。为此,我们综合了振动堆焊和熔剂层下保护焊的优点,在振动堆焊的基础上改成目前的埋弧堆焊工艺。埋弧堆焊区别于振动堆焊之处在于:1.加有熔剂
