《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》中也指出,“建立促进学生全面发展的评价体系,评价不仅需要关注学生的学业成绩,而且要发现和发展学生多方面的潜能,了解学生发展中的需求,帮助学生认识自我,建立自信。”为了促进学生主动发展,让每一位学生全面发展,全面实施素质教育。下面我就结合自己在班级管理中的案例来谈谈如何在集体教育中
