故障现象一辆2009年3月生产的一汽大众捷达轿车(装配1.6 L BJG发动机),近期有时会出现怠速转速偏高,而且转速不稳,加速反应迟缓等故障。故障诊断接车后首先用VAG1552检查,调得了“进气歧管绝对压力传感器-G71对地开路/短路”的偶发性故障代码。接着读取发动机电控系统数据流,发现了几个异常数据,发动机怠速转速为1 440r/min,节气门开度为37.2%,喷油时间为6.1 ms,进气歧管绝对压力为520mbar(1 har=100 kPa)。
Symptom A FAW-VW Jetway sedan manufactured in March 2009 (equipped with a 1.6 L BJG engine) recently experienced idling high speed, unstable speed and slowed down reaction. Troubleshooting After the first car with the VAG1552 check, tune up the “intake manifold absolute pressure sensor-G71 open to ground / short circuit,” the sporadic fault code. Then read the engine electronic control system data flow and found several abnormal data, the engine idle speed of 1440r / min, the throttle opening of 37.2%, injection time of 6.1 ms, the absolute intake manifold pressure of 520mbar ( 1 har = 100 kPa).
