近年来,雁北地区修建了大量的排水改碱工程,排水控制面积达到84.4万亩。在排水方法上,由明沟排水发展到了暗管排水。截至1985年底,全区完成暗管排水工程1,360条共921.44公里,占到全区排水沟道总长的58％,效益面积达30多万亩。在近10年的时间里,暗排改土工程在雁北地区经历了局部试验、大面积推广、管理应用、发挥效益几个阶段,既有成功的经验,也有失败的教训,本文就几个技术问题谈谈看法。
