湖南省湘潭、娄底等地市水利部门利用冲抓机处理土坝渗漏具有施工土料省、工效高、进度快、设备简单、易于操作等特点,是目前国内处理土坝渗漏的一项较先进的方法。最近湖南省农田水利局和省水工机械厂在湘潭县召开了冲抓机处理土坝渗漏现场鉴定和机具订货会议。这次鉴定的冲抓机是引进浙江省天台县机械厂生产的冲抓机,并作了不少改进,在施工中性能良好,计划今年批量生产。
