2.缺乏有效防控水产养殖动、植物病害实用技术对水产养殖动、植物病害的防控措施,归纳起来就是三个方面:免疫防控、药物防控和生态防控。(1)对水产养殖动物病害实施免疫防控的条件尚不具备:缺乏有效的水产用疫苗。由于我国水产养殖品种和疾病种类多,迄今为止已经获得生产许可的水产用疫苗数量和种类非常有限。对于水产养殖动、植物的大多数严重病害,尚无可用的疫苗。实施免疫预防的基础薄弱。我国水产养殖地域辽阔,养殖对象众多,养殖环境差异巨大,养殖技术水平参差不齐,尤其是在不同养殖区域即使引起相同疾病的病原生
