武钢热带钢轧机设计热带卷年产量为310万 t,核算其生产能力,年生产时数按6000h 考虑,年产量可达422万 t。设想如采用带卷箱实现高速恒速轧制,轧机产量将有大幅度提高,当板坯单位宽度重量为20.5kg/mm宽,年产量达545万 t;单重为28.5kg/mm 宽,年产量可达592万 t;单重为36kg/mm 宽,年产量可高达608万 t,最高年产量较核算能力422万 t 增加186万 t,可多获净利润1.86亿元以上。提高产量所采取的措施,需要费用1.37亿元,9个月即可全部收回,经济效益极显著。武钢热带钢轧机增产设想对鞍钢新区建设热带钢轧机有一定参考意义,是一个有益的技术信息。
