On August 11, Systech and Tongtong-Nortel Co., Ltd. signed an agreement on cooperation plans for Internet service centers to launch a multimedia call center in China that combines advanced functions of the telephone and the Internet. Xuntech will provide its call center ezConnect solutions. ezConnect is an advanced Internet communication feature
