批复有不同的标题,有的明确表示“同意”等态度,有的却不标明。上海人民出版社出版的《机关应用文写作》将此称之为明确性标题和含糊性标题,但对如何使用这两种标题却未作详细说明。究竟应如何正确驾驭这两种不同的标题,目前秘书界尚没有一个明确的说法。笔者认为有必要对此作一番探讨,以利克服在拟写批复标题上各行其是的混乱现象,维护公文写作的规范性、科学性。 一、不同的批复标题应如何确切命名?
There are different titles for approval, and some expressly indicate “agree” attitude, while others do not indicate it. “People’s Publishing House,” published by Shanghai People’s Publishing House, calls this a clear title and an ambiguous title, but no details are given on how to use both titles. How exactly these two different titles should be properly controlled has not yet been clearly stated by the secretarial community. I think it is necessary to make some discussion on this issue, in order to overcome the chaos in writing the title of approval, and to maintain the normative and scientific nature of document writing. First, the different approval title should be exactly how to name?
